Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By placing an order with 35 Designs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Services

35 Designs provides custom website design and development:

• —Custom website design
• —Responsive development
• —Basic SEO optimization
• —Up to 2 rounds of revisions
• —Site deployment and handoff

3. Payment Terms

Deposit: 50% deposit required to begin work.

Final Payment: Remaining 50% due upon completion.

Payment Methods: All major credit cards via Stripe.

4. Timeline

Standard turnaround is 10 business days from deposit receipt and project materials. Timeline may vary based on project complexity and client feedback timeliness.

5. Revisions

Each package includes specified revision rounds. Additional rounds available for a fee. Revisions must be requested within 14 days of receiving initial design.

6. Client Responsibilities

• —Provide accurate information
• —Supply required content and assets
• —Respond to feedback requests within 48-72 hours
• —Provide clear, consolidated feedback

7. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all rights to content you provide.

Our Work: Upon final payment, you receive full ownership of custom design and code.

Portfolio Rights: We reserve the right to display your project in our portfolio.

8. Refund Policy

Before Design Begins: Full refund if cancelled within 24 hours.

After Design Begins: Partial refund minus design fee.

After Final Delivery: No refunds available.
